All content of the WS, except the expressly reported exceptions (intellectually rights of third person), that indicatively include current, graphic, pictures, photographs drawings, video, sounds etc (henceforth content) constitute intellectual property of the company Nimbus Candles (henceforth NC) and are protected by National, European and International law. NC maintains all intellectual rights in regard to the content and the copies that are created. The content of the WS is published to the visitors for personal use. The content may change without a relative notice as NC sees fit. After the acceptance of the Terms of Use, total or partial reproduction is allowed for non commercial use with the condition that the reproduced content is freely available via the Internet or other expedient means and is accompanied from clear and distinguishable report of its source of origin. Any other use requires the written explicit authorisation of NC or the holder of the intellectual rights. The remaining products or services that are reproduced by the present WS are trademarks of the corresponding organisms, companies, collaborators, institutions, unions or publications, and constitute their own intellectual and industrial property and consequently these institutions carry the relative responsibility. Credit card details are not saved, filed or registered by Nimbus Candles and are only used by the visitor/user on Piraeus Bank secure transaction webpage or Paypal respectively and cannot be used for any other purpose. NC will not allocate or sell or transmits or publicise personal information of visitors/users of the web page to a third person, with the exception of the application of relative legal dictations by law. The company has the possibility to process information that has been dispatched by the visitors/users for statistical use and the improvement of the provided services. The visitor user may communicate with the WS administrator so that he is informed of the existence of his personal file, the correction of this, its change or its deletion.
