How to Order from Nimbus Candles e-shop

You can order directly via our e-Shop or send us an e-mail with your order at info@nimbus-candles.eu

We try our best to ship your orders within 1 business day. However due to the fact that all our candles are handmade, at times it can take up to 3 business days to ship your items.

1. Browsing the e-shop

To enter and browse our e-shop select «Our Products» from the top menu.

2. Select a Category

Select a category to browse the products by category. 

3.  Adding an item to the shopping cart

Make specific item choices like what scent you would like or the size of a candle. Select the quantity by either typing or using the arrows and click on the “Add to Cart” button.

4. Quick shopping cart view

On the left hand side of our e-shop there is always a quick view of your selected items, you can click on Show Cart link at any time to browse the items you have selected in order to delete, update the quantity or Checkout.

When you are happy with your selected shopping items, click on Show cart, review the items you have selected and click on “Checkout” on the bottom of the shopping cart page.

5. Shopping Cart

By pressing on Show Cart you will be directed to your shopping cart page. Here you can delete an item using the recycle bin icon or update the quantity by entering the desired quantity and pressing on the update icon.

6. Checkout and Verify your Order

"Continue shopping" to add more items to your basket or “Checkout” to pay.

* If you have a special discount coupon enter the coupon code and submit it before you checkout.

When clicking on the CHECKOUT button, a form opens to either register or login to.

Fill in the respective boxes and click "Next" at the bottom of the pages to continue with the check-out process.

7. Checkout

Shipping Address: Here you choose a shipping address if it is different from your billing address. When you have made your choice click on NEXT>> at the bottom of the page.

Shipping Methods: We offer 2 different ways to get your items shipped. Either by courier express delivery or by Greek Parcel Post. For International orders we ship UPS and by Post. Here you can see the shipping costs and choose the right service for you. When you have made your choice click on NEXT>> at the bottom of the page.

Payment Methods: We offer 4 different payment methods, Credit card payments by Piraeus Winbank, Paypal, Wire Transfer and CoD (Only for Greece). When you have made your choice click on NEXT>> at the bottom of the page.

To complete your order, read and tick the (I agree to the "Terms of Service" ) box and click on the CONFIRM ORDER button.

7. Finalize Order

Once you've clicked on the CONFIRM ORDER button, according to your payment method you will either be redirected to Piraeus Winbank Credit Card Payment Center to securely enter your Credit Card details or Paypal. On finalizing your payment you will be brought to a confirmation page that will give you your order number and the option to print out your order.

If you chose wire transfer your order will be shipped once we have confirmation from our Bank. (It may take up to 3 days for bank confirmation)

Note: COD (Cash on Delivery) option is for customers with a Greek billing address.

Sales Tax

We are required by Greek law to collect sales tax for all purchases. All our retail prices have 23% VAT tax included.
